Sleep tips: It's a BIG no to electronics in the bedroom! Also practising at least 3 mins of long deep breathing in bed every night really helps me to sleep.

April discovered yoga and meditation while living in Bali 2010, did much of her training there as well as Los Angeles. She is a certified yoga and meditation instructor and teaches at leading yoga studios in London. She loves to incorporate sounds of mantra and the gong within her yoga and meditation sessions. She believes that often the most productive thing you can do on your 'to do' list is rest and rejuvenate your self.

April lives with her two teenagers and husband, she's a dog mama too. She enjoys walking in Richmond Park, boat rides on the Thames, spending time with family and friends and keeping fit and well.
