What is breathwork

What is breathwork?

Conscious and controlled breathing allows you to ease stress and anxiety, release negative thoughts and emotions and increase radiance and confidence. By changing the pattern of our breathing, we can directly influence our physical, mental and emotional state of being.

  • Increases your self-confidence and boosts your self-esteem

  • Supports relaxation for sleep

  • Allows you to tap into deeper creative energies

  • Aids in the release of stress and anxiety

  • Can help you work through negative emotions and release negative thoughts

  • Allows for an altered state of consciousness.

  • Induces multiple physiological and chemical effects such as altering heart rate, blood pressure and cortisol (stress hormone) levels.

  • Unblock inspiration and allows you to see things with clarity and confidence

Precautions

If you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, heart conditions, schizophrenia, a detached retina or other acute health issues, please consult your Dr beforehand.

We recommend breathing through the nose and no breath holds when you are pregnant, please.
